Enterprise Dynamics Logistics. Software package for simulating logistics processes.
With Enterprise Dynamics (ED) Logistics, users can model large-scale logistics systems, such as transport systems, production lines, distribution centers, and order picking systems. A well-balanced set of components, the so-called Logistics Library, allows users to model, analyze, optimize, and control their system quickly.
In addition to the physical objects, ED Logistics also includes modules for managing the flow of goods within the logistics system. The performance of the logistics design can be determined both immediately and retrospectively using KPI monitors, in standard reports, and by exporting data to other data systems such as Excel and Access. The connection with these data systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) can also be utilized for data import (e.g., demand forecasts or a Master Schedule Planning).
ED Logistics offers a realistic 2D and 3D representation of the system so that, in addition to analysis, optimization, and validation of the system, all stakeholders can be convinced of the designed logistics system.
