Method + role of ROI Group
Following a complete revision of the catering contract and process by ROI (savings of over 40%), the bank wants structural insight into agreed KPIs. ROI implements its online Support Chain Dashboard, whereby ROI structurally ensures the correct and timely delivery of various performance reports.
The necessary information is collected by ROI, largely automatically, from the bank, various suppliers, and the catering locations, and subsequently analyzed by ROI’s catering specialist. The analysis results and the values of the various pre-formulated PIs are made available to the client online. This resulted in an integrated and structural management tool for the entire catering process at the various levels within the bank (strategic, tactical, or operational).
