Linx 9000 Series CIJ printers – continuous inkjet printers for production environments

The Linx 9000 Series was developed based on practical experience from production environments in various industries. For manufacturing companies, this means fewer disruptions in the coding process and greater control over continuity and quality.

A malfunctioning or failing printer in a production line can bring the production process to a standstill. The Linx 9000 Series makes the difference here. By simplifying processes and catching errors early, the printers contribute to a more stable and predictable production process. They excel in reliability, ease of use, and control.

An important component of the new series is the integrated PrintProtect® technology. This ensures that the printer continues to function for up to three minutes in the event of a power outage and then shuts down in a controlled manner. Additionally, the printers can remain active for up to nine minutes during relocation without the need for a restart. This makes it easier to switch quickly between production lines. Automatic cleaning functions, such as AutoFlush and the optional SureClean® module, are designed to limit manual intervention and increase printer availability.

The Linx 9000 Series supports operators in preventing errors during the coding process. The interface and multilingual operation ensure fast and correct settings.

For additional quality assurance, the printer can be expanded with visual inspection via Linx Iris®. Codes are checked for presence, readability, and correctness.

The Linx 9000 printers support communication via REST API, making integration with existing production systems easier. This enables connections with, for example, production lines and control systems without additional intermediate layers.

With Linx Message Studio, print messages are created centrally and sent directly to the printer. This ensures greater consistency in coding and reduces the risk of input errors.

An optional 50-micron printhead can lower ink consumption, while Active Airflow Control limits solvent consumption. Thanks to service intervals of up to 24 months and maintenance time of less than 30 minutes, maintenance costs also remain manageable.
