With Brady’s i7500, you can print RFID labels. This means the printer produces a visible code while simultaneously encoding the RFID chip embedded in the label. These labels can subsequently be recognized by an RFID scanner.
The printer automatically detects the RFID chips on the labels to select the appropriate internal antenna and power level, ensuring optimal encoding of the loaded UHF RFID labels.
Brady’s new RFID printer is designed to keep production lines running continuously. It reduces the need for technical interventions, prevents unplanned downtime, and eliminates production bottlenecks—all while achieving a print and encode speed of 3 seconds per label.
From large pallet labels to small component labels, the i7500 RFID printer features automated encoding verification for UHF RFID labels. At the same time, it can add human-readable text as well as tiny, machine-readable QR codes and barcodes for existing applications, at resolutions of 300 or 600 dpi.
Data can be retrieved from enterprise systems and sent to the printer via Ethernet, USB, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth. It supports the printing and encoding of all common data standards, including GS1 for globally unique RFID EPC codes and item-level barcodes.
The i7500 RFID label printer is part of Brady’s industrial RFID solution, which also includes reliable RFID labels, RFID readers, and RFID software.
